Things to know for this auction:

Auction Site: All properties will be offered under the auction tent located on Property One at 3245 Old Hwy 9 Cedar Bluff, Alabama 35959

Directions to Property One and Auction Site: From Centre at the intersection of Chesnut Bypass and Cedar Bluff Road (HWY 9) at CVS take Cedar Bluff Road to AL HWY 68 in Cedar Bluff (Cedar Bluff Utilities Board) and turn left, then turn on Russell Street (First street on the left) and go to Old Hwy 9 and turn left. Property is at the water on the left. 

Directions to Property Two: From Centre at the intersection of Chesnut Bypass and Cedar Bluff Road (HWY 9) at CVS take Cedar Bluff Road toward Cedar Bluff to the second red light. Property is on the corner of Northwood Drive and Cedar Bluff Road.

Directions to Property Three: From Centre at the intersection of Chesnut Bypass and Cedar Bluff Road (HWY 9) at CVS take Chesnut Bypass toward Leesburg for 1.75 miles. Property is on the right next to Alabama Teachers Credit Union.

Previews: Properties may be previewed at any time. 

 

Registration: Registration will begin 1 hour prior to auction start time on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.

Terms:  There is a 10 % buyer’s premium on the real estate that will be added to the purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The buyer's premium is due on the day of auction for the real estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance is due at closing. The closing will be held on or before June 20, 2024. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.

All properties are being sold "AS IS" without any warranties, guarantees, or promises. 

Surveys: We are selling all properties from new surveys and all survey fees will be payable on the day of the auction. 

 

Concessions: We will have free BBQ and drinks at this auction plus live music.
