  • 2007 Chevrolet Silverado extended cab (rebuilt title, 129k miles)

Real Estate will be offered at 12 PM (Noon) The Case W20 Loader, Nissan 30 Forklift, and remaining inventory will be sold ABSOLUTE in large quantity lots after the real estate.

Things to know for this auction:

Auction Site: On location at 3096 Old US Highway 278 East, Gadsden, AL 35903 

 

Directions: From East Gadsden at the intersection of US Hwy 431 and US Hwy 278 take US Hwy 278 East toward Hokes Bluff for 3.3 miles to Old US Hwy 278 and turn left. Hokes Bluff Auto Parts will be on the left.  

Preview: To schedule a preview of business and real estate please contact our office. You may preview the personal property items and real estate on Thursday, May 23, from 9 AM until 4 PM. 

 

Registration: Registration will be on Thursday, May 23, from 9 AM until 4 PM and beginning at 8 AM on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.

 

Terms:  There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the real estate that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent (10%) Buyer's Premium is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance is due at closing. The closing will be held on or before June 24, 2024. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.

There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on all personal property items. All applicable sale taxes will be charged unless buyer has Tax Exempt status. All personal property items are to be PAID in FULL on the day of auction and prior to removal. 

There is a 13% Buyer’s Premium on all online bids that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. 13% is the total, not in addition to the 10%.

All properties are being sold "AS IS" without any warranties, guarantees, or promises. 

 

Survey: No new survey has been performed on this property. We are selling from recorded deeds and county tax maps. 

Forms of Payment: Cash, Check, and Wire Transfer ($15 fee for wire transfer)All Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, & American Express) are accepted with a 4% fee for in person or online purchases.

Title Fee: There is a $60.00 title fee on any vehicle that requires a title unless you are a licensed dealer.

Concessions: Concessions will be available at this auction.
