Auction Site: On location at 4751 AL Hwy 68 Cedar Bluff, Alabama 35959

Directions to Auction Site: From Centre at the intersection of Chesnut Bypass and Cedar Bluff Road (HWY 9) at CVS take Cedar Bluff Road to AL HWY 68 in Cedar Bluff (Cedar Bluff Utilities Board) and turn left, go 3/10 of a mile to property on the right.

Previews: Personal property preview will be on Friday, May 3rd from 9 A.M. until 3 P.M.  You may contact our office at any time for a preview of the building.

Registration: You may register at the preview on Friday, May 3rd or registration will begin 1 hour prior to auction start time on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.

Terms:  There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The 10% Buyer's Premium is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance is due at closing. The closing will be held on or before June 4, 2024. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.

There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on all personal property that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. All applicable sale taxes will be charged unless the buyer has Tax Exempt status. All personal property items are to be PAID in FULL on the day of auction and prior to removal. 

All property is being offered "AS IS" without any warranties, guarantees, or promises.

 

Survey Fee: A new survey will be performed, and survey fees will be due and payable on auction day. 

Forms of Payment: Cash, Check, and all major credit cards will be accepted. There is a 4% charge on credit or debit card purchases.
