Directions to Property Two: From Centre at the intersection of Chesnut Bypass and Cedar Bluff Road (CVS Pharmacy) take Cedar Bluff Road toward Cedar Bluff 3/10 of a mile to Northwood Drive and turn right. Stay on Northwood Drive for 1.6 Miles (through stop sign) to Oakview Court and turn right. Terms:  There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent (10%) Buyer's Premium is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance is due at closing. The closing will be held on or before June 22, 2021. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.
