Auction Site: On location at 520 County Road 461 in Centre, AL

 

Directions: From Centre at the intersection of AL Hwy 9 and Main Street (Waffle King) take AL Hwy 9 South toward Piedmont for 2.8 miles to County Road 163 and turn left, go 4/10 of a mile to County Road 380 and turn right. Stay on County Road 380 (turns into CR 461) for 6/10 of a mile until it dead ends at the property. Auction signs are posted.

Preview: The property may be previewed at any time. 

 

Registration: Registration will begin 1 hour prior to auction start time on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.

 

Terms:  There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent (10%) Buyer's Premium is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance is due at closing. The closing will be held on or before June 18, 2024. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.

Survey Fees: A new survey will be performed, and all survey fees are due and payable on the day of auction. The survey fee is $500.00 per lot.
