CLASSIC CAR INDOOR AUCTION and PROJECT VEHICLE SALES CORRAL We are excited to announce our upcoming Classic Car Auction to be held inside the old Kmart building located at 1525 Chestnut Bypass in Centre, Alabama. We will also have an outdoor PROJECT VEHICLE SALES CORRAL specific to project vehicles. Bid live in person, by phone, or online.  Buy/Sell Fee is 6% for all Auction Vehicles. Previews will be Thursday, May 14th and Friday, May 15th from 9 AM until 5 PM (CDT).  Public entry fee for Previews and Auction will be a $20 per day or a 3-day pass for $40. (Age 12 and under free with paid adult) Accessibility: Personal wheelchairs and mobility scooters are allowed. Golf carts are not allowed inside the building. Pet Policy. NO PETS are allowed unless the pet is a service animal. NO Exceptions. Auction Vehicle Registration is $150 per vehicle and is nonrefundable. Project Sales Corral Vehicle Registration is $200 per vehicle and is nonrefundable. No other fees will be charged on vehicles swapped or sold in the Project Sales Corral. ALL project vehicles must be complete project vehicles (Frame, Body, Motor, Transmission, Wheels and Tires). NO PARTS or INCOMPLETE VEHICLES will be allowed. Item Availability: All posted items are scheduled to be at the auction. If you are coming for one item only, please contact us to ensure it has arrived. ​

Registration to bid: You may register to bid at the previews or beginning at 8 AM on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.

There is a 6% buyer’s premium on all items sold through the auction. There is an 8% buyer's premium on all on-line bids. 

All applicable sale taxes will be charged unless buyer has Tax Exempt status. All vehicles are to be PAID in FULL on the day of auction and prior to removal. 

It is the bidder's responsibility to check out any vehicle(s) prior to bidding. SAG, LLC will describe all vehicles based solely on the information provided by the Seller and makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of the Seller’s description. SAG, LLC shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or misrepresentations in the Seller’s description. All vehicles are sold “AS IS,” and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Title Fee: There is a $60.00 title fee on any vehicle that requires a title.

Forms of Payment: Cash, Check, and Wire Transfer ($30 fee for wire transfer). All Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, & American Express) are accepted with a 4% fee.

A Bank Letter of Guarantee is required for anyone wishing to bid in the auction. A sample of the required Bank Letter of Guarantee can be found under the documents tab. The Bank Letter of Guarantee must be emailed to info@swaffordauctiongroup.com or hand delivered at time of registration.

If any check given in payment is dishonored for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient funds (NSF) or a stop-payment order, the maker and/or endorser of such check agrees to be liable for the face amount of the check, all applicable service charges, and any additional damages allowed under Alabama law. In the event the check is placed in the hands of an attorney for collection, the maker and/or endorser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, and collection costs incurred, as permitted under the provisions of Alabama Code § 6‑5‑285 and other applicable Alabama statutes.

ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND OTHER ANNOUNCEMENTS MADE THE DAY OF THE AUCTION ARE BINDING AND TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER ANY ORAL, PRINTED, or PUBLISHED INFORMATION.
