We are accepting consignments NOW of good quality items. This includes farm equipment, construction equipment, tractors, trailers, ATVs, UTVs, RVs, vehicles, etc...
Small items will be accepted, but NO yard sale type items will be accepted. We will have pieces from local farms, individuals, and businesses.

Consignment deliveries can begin on Monday, February 9th from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Auction Site: On location at 64 County Road 452 Section, Alabama.
Directions: From Section, Alabama at the intersection of Main St and AL HWY 35 take Main St which becomes Co Rd 43 for 4.7 mi to Co Rd 38 and turn right. Go 0.2 mi to Co Rd 44 and turn left, go 1.9 mi and stay left on Co Rd 44 for another 1.3 mi to Co Rd 152 and turn left. Go 0.6 mi and take a slight left onto Co Rd 452. AUCTION SITE will be the FIRST DRIVE ON THE LEFT. (Google Maps will take you past the driveway).
Registration: Registration will begin at 8 AM on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding. You may also register on Friday, February 20th from 9 AM until 4 PM.
Terms: There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on all items. All applicable sale taxes will be charged unless buyer has Tax Exempt status. All items are to be PAID in FULL on the day of auction and prior to removal.
There is a 13% Buyer’s Premium on all online bids that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price.
All items are being sold "AS IS" without any warranties, guarantees, or promises.
Items are available for public inspection from Monday, February 16th until Saturday, February 21st. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor prior to bidding. SAG, LLC will describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet, and at the auction but makes no representations as to the condition, age, genuineness, or value of any item.
In no event shall SAG, LLC be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine the condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor.
SAG, LLC shall describe each item and any pertinent information about it that we are aware of. SAG, LLC will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself.
Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
SAG, LLC is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against SAG, LLC or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction.
SAG, LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the pre-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid before the auction begins.
SAG, LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
SPECIAL NOTE ON FIREARMS: There will be registration fee for each firearm. The registration fee is paid directly to the FFL dealer prior to receiving the firearm. If a purchaser fails a background check no refund will be given by Swafford Auction Group, LLC and the Seller will retain the firearm.
Any firearms sold online must be either picked up or shipped to a licensed dealer with current FFL in the state of residence of the purchaser. Purchaser will be responsible for any cost involved with this process.
Any handgun sold to a customer whose state of residence is not Alabama must have the firearm shipped to a licensed dealer with current FFL in their state of residence. Purchaser will be responsible for any cost involved with this process.
Forms of Payment: Cash, Check, and Wire Transfer ($15 fee for wire transfer). All Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, & American Express) are accepted with a 4% fee for in person or online purchases.
Title Fee: There is a $60.00 title fee on any vehicle that requires a title unless you are a licensed dealer.
ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND OTHER ANNOUNCEMENTS MADE THE DAY OF THE AUCTION ARE BINDING AND TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER ANY ORAL, PRINTED, or PUBLISHED INFORMATION.
