From Douglas at the intersection of AL Hwy 75 and AL Hwy 168 take AL Hwy 168 E toward Boaz for 5.2 miles to Needmore Road and turn left. Go 0.6 miles to the property on the right.
Previews: You may preview the real estate on Tuesday, September 16th from 5-7 PM and Tuesday, September 23rd from 5-7 PM. You may also contact our office for a preview of the home and property. Both real estate and personal property items may be previewed on Friday, September 26th, from 9 AM until 4 PM.
Registration: Registration will be on Friday, September 26th, from 9 AM until 4 PM and beginning at 8 AM on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.
Terms: There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the real estate that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent (10%) Buyer's Premium is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance is due at closing. The closing will be held on or before October 27, 2025. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.
There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on all personal property items. All applicable sale taxes will be charged unless buyer has Tax Exempt status. All personal property items are to be PAID in FULL on the day of auction and prior to removal.
There is a 13% Buyer’s Premium on all online bids that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. 13% is the total, not in addition to the 10%.

Survey: A new survey will be performed on this property. The purchaser will be responsible for the survey fee on the day of the auction. Survey fee will be posted when complete.
