Registration: Registration will begin at 8 AM on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.
Terms: There is a 10% buyer’s premium on the real estate that will be added to the purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent (10%) buyer's premium is due on the day of auction for the real estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance is due at closing. The closing will be held within 30 days of court's approval. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.
There is a 11% buyer’s premium on all online bids for the real estate that will be added to purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price.
There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on all personal property items. All applicable sale taxes will be charged unless buyer has Tax Exempt status. All personal property items are to be PAID in FULL on the day of auction and prior to removal.
