Registration: Registration will begin at 9 AM on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.
Terms: There is a 10% buyer’s premium on the real estate that will be added to the purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent (10%) buyer's premium is due on the day of auction for the real estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance is due at closing. The closing will be held on or before April 21, 2026. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.
There is a 11% buyer’s premium on all online bids that will be added to purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. 11% is the total, not in addition to the 10%.
