Auction Site: On location at 485 Union Grove Road South Crosville, Alabama 35962.
Directions: From Collinsville, Alabama at Exit 205 of Interstate 59, take AL Hwy 68 toward Crossville for 8 miles to Union Grove Road South and turn left. Auction site is 1/2 mile on the left.
Registration: Registration will begin at 8 AM on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding. You do not have to re-register if you registered on May 3rd.
Terms: There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on all items. All applicable sale taxes will be charged unless buyer has Tax Exempt status. All items are to be PAID in FULL on the day of auction and prior to removal.
There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on all online bids that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price.
All items are being sold "AS IS" without any warranties, guarantees, or promises.
Forms of Payment: Cash, Check, and Wire Transfer ($15 fee for wire transfer). All Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, & American Express) are accepted with a 4% fee for in person or online purchases.
Title Fee: There is a $60.00 title fee on any vehicle that requires a title unless you are a licensed dealer.
SPECIAL NOTE ON FIREARMS: There is a $25.00 registration fee for each firearm. The registration fee is paid directly to the FFL dealer Geraldine Hardware prior to receiving the firearm. Geraldine Hardware is located at 41474 AL-75, Geraldine, AL 35974. Phone: (256) 659-2121. Firearms can be picked up starting Monday May 5th after 12 pm. If a purchaser fails a background check no refund will be given by Swafford Auction Group, LLC and the Seller will retain the firearm.
Any firearms sold online must be either picked up or shipped to a licensed dealer with current FFL in the state of residence of the purchaser. Purchaser will be responsible for any cost involved with this process.
Any handgun sold to a customer whose state of residence is not Alabama must have the firearm shipped to a licensed dealer with current FFL in their state of residence. Purchaser will be responsible for any cost involved with this process.
