Second, we will offer Tracts 1, 7, 12, & 13 by the acre (Bid price multiplied by the number of acres in selected tract). Third, we will offer the property back as a whole Tracts 1-5, 7-13 by the dollar. To bid as a whole, a 5% increase will be added to the initial bid. Fourth, we will offer the Commercial Tract by the dollar.    

Terms:  There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the real estate that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent (10%) Buyer's Premium is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance is due at closing. The closing will be held on or before October 14, 2024. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.
