Directions to Auction Site: From Leesburg at the intersection of Hwy 411 and AL Hwy 9 (Red light), take Hwy 411 toward Gadsden for 2 miles to County Road 15 (Keener Drive) and turn right, go 2/10 of a mile to Deere Run Road and turn left, go 2/10 of a mile to property on the left. Auction signs are posted.

Registration: Registration begins 1 hour prior to auction start time. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.


Terms:  All real estate is being offered subject to owner’s confirmation.

There is a 10 % Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent (10 %) Buyer's Premium is due on day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance due at closing. Closing will be held on or before May 28, 2018. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.
