Preview:  Contact our office to arrange personal preview time for Auction One. Preview Auction Two at any time. 

 

Registration: Registration begins 1 hour prior to auction start time on both auctions. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.

Terms for both Auctions:  There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent (10%) Buyer's Premium is due on day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance due at closing. Closing will be held on or before October 22, 2018. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.
