Hokes Bluff Auto Parts has been supplying car enthusiasts nationwide with high-quality used auto parts, used engines, and used transmissions since 1962.
There are more than 100,000 quality used auto parts for foreign and domestic trucks and cars manufactured from 2000 and up,
plus, approximately 886 cars (70 +/- whole cars), 681 total good transmissions, 275 total good engines, and more.
The 2008 Chevrolet 5500 (8.1 gas engine) rollback has a 21' Jerr-Dan steel bed and only 24k miles. The delivery truck is a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado extended cab (rebuilt title) with 129k miles. The CASE W20 loader has extended length forks, and there is a Nissan 30 forklift for inside the warehouse. There are 4 lifts inside the warehouse area also.
The ADEM storm water permit was renewed in October of 2022 and is good until September 30, 2027. The scrap tire permit is current and good for 1,500 tires and is renewed quarterly.

Registration: Registration will begin 1 hour prior to auction start time on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.
Terms: There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the business and real estate that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent (10%) Buyer's Premium is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance is due at closing. The closing will be held on or before October 30, 2023. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.
There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on any personal property that may be sold separate from the business and real estate. All applicable sale taxes will be charged unless buyer has Tax Exempt status. All personal property items are to be PAID in FULL on the day of auction and prior to removal.
