Registration: Registration begins 1 hour prior to auction start time. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.
Restrictions: Any shoreline development on any lot must obtain approval by the Alabama Power Shoreline Management office.
Terms for both Auctions: There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price.
