Things to know for this auction:
Auction Site: On location at 32 Blackwell Street Fyffe, AL 35971.
Directions: From the red light in Fyffe take Main Street (AL HWY 75) South 1/4 mile to Blackwell Street and turn left. Property begins at the corner of Main Street and Blackwell Street on the right.
Preview: The diner may be previewed by appointment. The personal property may be previewed on Friday, September 10th from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
Registration: You may register at the preview on Friday, September 10th or registration will begin 1 hour prior to auction start time on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.
Terms: There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent (10%) Buyer's Premium is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance is due at closing. The closing will be held on or before October 11, 2021. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.
There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on all personal property that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. All applicable sale taxes will be charged unless buyer has Tax Exempt status. All personal property items are to be PAID in FULL on the day of auction and prior to removal.
There is a $60.00 title fee for any vehicle that requires a title transfer.
Special Note on Firearms: There is a $20.00 registration fee for each firearm. The registration fee is paid directly to DeKalb Sportsman prior to receiving the firearms. If a purchaser fails background check no refund will be given by Swafford Auction Group, LLC and Seller will retain the firearm.
