Directions to Auction Site: From Centre at the intersection of AL Hwy 9 and Hwy 411 (Waffle King), take Hwy 411 toward Cave Spring 6 miles to County Road 31 and turn left, go 2 miles to County Road 22 (John’s Crossroads) and go straight, go 2 miles to 4 way stop, go across and continue on County Road 31 for 1.3 miles to County Road 546 and turn left. Property begins 3/10 of a mile on the right. Auction signs are posted.
From Downtown Cave Spring, GA (Red Light) take Hwy 411 toward Centre 14.7 miles to County to County Road 31 and turn right, go 2 miles to County Road 22 (John’s Crossroads) and go straight, go 2 miles to 4 way stop, go across and continue on County Road 31 for 1.3 miles to County Road 546 and turn left. Registration: Registration begins 1 hour prior to auction start time. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.
Terms: There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The 10% Buyer's Premium is due on day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance due at closing. Closing will be held on or before October 1st, 2018. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.
Owner financing is available with 20% down (Due at closing within 30 days) the remaining balance will be financed at a rate of 7.5% for 10 years (120 months).
