Things to know for this auction:

 

Auction Site: On location at 12254 County Road 72, Fyffe, AL.

 

Directions to Auction Site: From Fyffe at the intersection of AL Hwy 75 (Main Street) and County Road 50 (Taylor Street), take AL Hwy 75 South toward Geraldine 4.6 miles to County Road 400 and turn right, go 1 mile to County Road 43 and turn right, go 1/2 of a mile to County Road 72 and turn left, auction site is 3/10 of a mile on the right.

 

Previews: Contact our office for a preview of homes. A preview for all properties will be held on Friday, October 4th from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.

 

Registration: You may register on Friday, October 4th at the preview or registration begins 1 hour prior to auction start time. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.

 

Terms: There is a 10 % Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent (10%) Buyer's Premium is due on day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance due at closing. Closing will be held on or before November 5th, 2019. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.

 

There is NO Buyer’s Premium on the personal property. 

 

All property is being sold "AS IS" without any warranties, guarantees, or promises.

 

All applicable sales tax will be charged unless buyer has Tax Exempt status.

 

All personal property items are to be PAID in FULL on day of auction prior to removal.

   

Survey Fees: All survey fees are due and payable by the Purchaser on the day of auction. The survey fees are as follows:

Property 1: Tract 1 - $600, Tract 2 - $800, Tracts 3 & 4 - $1200/Tract

Property 2: (Block Building) $650

Property 3: Tract 1 - $800 Tracts 2 & 3 - $1500/Tract

Property 4: Tracts 1 & 2 - $1500/Tract

 

Forms of Payment: Cash, personal checks, and all major credit/debit cards accepted. A 3% convenience fee will be charged on all credit/debit card transactions.

 

Concessions: Concessions will be available.
