Auction Site: On location at County Road 91 (Crimson Hill Road) Gaylesville, AL.

 

Directions: From the four way stop in Gaylesville, take AL Hwy 68 East for 1/2 mile and turn left on Crimson Hill Road (Cherokee County Road 91). Go 1/2 mile and the property starts on the right. Auction signs are posted. 

Preview: The property may be previewed at any time. You may also call our office for a personal showing of the property.

Registration: Registration will begin 1 hour prior to auction start time on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.

 

Terms:  There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent (10%) Buyer's Premium is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance is due at closing. The closing will be held within 30 days of the court's approval. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.

Survey Fees: We are selling from a preliminary plat performed by Baker Land Surveying, LLC. 

The survey fees are due and payable by the purchaser on day of auction on all tracts.

The survey fees are as follows: 
TRACTS 1-8  $700 per tract.
TRACTS 9, 10, and 11 $2,500 per tract.
TRACTS 12-16 $1,250 per tract.

TRACTS 12-16 Boundary Survey only $5,000
