Directions to Auction Site: From Piedmont at the intersection of US Hwy 278 and AL Hwy 9, take AL Hwy 9 toward Centre 6.8 miles to County Road 18 and turn left, go 9/10 of a mile and County Road 18 continues left, go 3/10 of a mile to home on left. Auction signs are posted.

 

From Centre at the intersection of US Hwy 411 (Main Street) and AL Hwy 9  (Waffle King) take AL Hwy 9 toward Piedmont 9.4 miles to County Road 18 and turn right, go 9/10 of a mile and County Road 18 continues left, go 3/10 of a mile to home on left. Auction signs are posted.

Previews: The property may be previewed on Monday, October 19th from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. You may also contact our office to arrange a preview.

Registration: Registration begins 1 hour prior to auction start time. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.

Terms:  The real estate is being sold subject to court confirmation.

 

There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent (10%) Buyer's Premium is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance due at closing. Closing will be within 30 days of court's confirmation of sale.

 

This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.

Possession: The current residents will have 30 days from closing to move from property if needed. 

 

Survey Fee: A new survey has been performed and a survey fee of $1,200 will be due and payable on the day of auction.
