Auction Site: On location at 3341 Josh Ward Road, Menlo, GA 30731 on Parcel D.

 

Directions to Auction Site: From GA-48 and GA-337 (Menlo City Hall) take GA-337 (7th Ave.) South for approximately 1.1 mi to Buck Gardner Road and turn left. Follow Buck Gardner for 1.5 mi until it dead ends at Oak Hill Alpine Road and turn left. Go .3 mi to Josh Ward Road and turn right. Auction site is on the right. Auction signs are posted.

Registration: Registration begins 1 hour prior to auction start time. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.

 

Terms:  There is a 10 % Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The 10 % Buyer's Premium is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance is due at closing. Closing will be held on or before November 22, 2022. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.
