Directions to Auction Site: From I-85 N at Exit 9 turn right on Taylor Road go 0.2 mi to Eastchase Parkway and turn left. Hilton Garden Inn will be 0.9 mi on the left.

Directions to Home: From I-85 N at Exit 9 turn right on Taylor Road go 1.6 mi to Vaughn Road and turn left. Go 1.6 mi to Wynlakes Blvd and turn left. Go 0.2 mi to Heathrow Drive and turn right. Go 0.25 mi to Brittany Place and turn right. Home is located at 8352 Brittany Place.  

 

Previews: The property may be previewed on the following dates and times: Tuesday, September 20th, 5 to 7 pm; Thursday, September 29th, 5 to 7 pm; Friday, September 30th, 10 to 2 pm. Registration: Registration will begin 1 hour prior to auction start time on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.

 

Terms:  There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent 10% Buyer's Premium is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance is due at closing. The closing will be held on or before November 1, 2022. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.

Wynlakes Homeowners Association: The HOA dues are $85.00 per month.
