Auction Site:  Bay Springs Estates on Magnolia Trail in Centre, AL. 

 

Directions to Auction Site: From Centre at the intersection of Hwy 9 and Hwy 68 Bypass (CVS Pharmacy), take Hwy 68 Bypass West 1.5 miles to County Road 61 (Jack's Restaurant) and turn right, go 6/10 of a mile to County Road 116 and stay straight, go 1/2 mile and turn right onto Magnolia Trail. Auction signs are posted. 

 

Previews: Contact our office for a preview of Property 4. All other properties can be previewed at any time. 

 

Registration: Registration begins 1 hour prior to auction start time. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.

 

Terms: There is a 10 % Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent (10%) Buyer's Premium is due on day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance due at closing. Closing will be held on or before November 19th, 2019. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.

 

All property is being sold "AS IS" without any warranties, guarantees, or promises.

The 1978 Stardust Cruiser 36' Houseboat is to be PAID in FULL on day of auction and prior to removal. All applicable sales tax will be charged unless buyer has Tax Exempt status.

   

Survey/Tax Maps: No new surveys will be performed on the properties. We are selling from existing surveys or tax maps on record.

Forms of Payment: Cash, personal checks, and all major credit/debit cards accepted. A 3% convenience fee will be charged on all credit/debit card transactions.

 

Concessions: Free BBQ will be served following the auction.
