Registration: You may register on October 14th at the preview or registration begins 1 hour prior to auction start time. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.


Terms:  The real estate and a few personal property items are being sold subject to owner's confirmation. All other property is being sold "ABSOLUTE" to the highest bidder.


There is a 10 % Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent (10%) Buyer's Premium is due on day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance due at closing. Closing will be held on or before November 15, 2016. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.

There is a 10 % Buyer’s Premium on all personal property that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. All property is being sold "AS IS" without any warranties, guarantees, or promises. All applicable sale taxes will be charged unless buyer has Tax Exempt status. All personal property items are to be PAID in FULL on day of auction prior to removal. 


Sale & Possession of Firearms: The purchaser of any firearms sold at this auction cannot take possession until Monday, October 17th, 2016 after 11 AM. All firearms must be picked up at A-1 Pawn Shop located at 113 N Main Street, Boaz, AL 35957. A registration fee of $20 for the first firearm and an additional $5 per firearm fee to the same purchaser will be charged at the time of pickup. All registration fees must be paid directly to A-1 Pawn Shop prior to receiving firearms. If a purchaser fails the registration process NO refund will be given by Swafford Auction Group and the seller will retain the firearm(s). 


Forms of Payment: Cash, personal checks, and all major credit/debit cards accepted. A 13% Buyer’s Premium will be charged on all credit/debit card transactions. 


Concessions: Concessions will be available for both Breakfast and Lunch.
