Auction Site: On location at 485 Union Grove Road South Crossville, Alabama

Directions to Auction Site: From Interstate 59 Exit 205, take AL Hwy 68 West toward Crossville for 8 miles to Union Grove Road and turn left. Go 1/2 mile to the auction site on left.

Item Availability: All posted items are scheduled to be at the auction. If you are coming for one item only, please contact us to ensure it has arrived.

Hours/Mileage: All posted hours and mileage are at the time of pictures. Hours and mileage may increase prior to the auction. Swafford Auction Group, LLC does not guarantee any hours or mileage.

 

Preview: Preview will be on Friday, October 13th from 9 AM until 4 PM.

Registration: You may register at the preview on Friday, October 13th or registration will begin 1 hour prior to auction start time on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.

​

Terms:  There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on all items that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price.

​

There is a 13% Buyer’s Premium on all internet purchases that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price.

 

All applicable sale taxes will be charged unless buyer has Tax Exempt status. All personal property items are to be PAID in FULL on the day of auction and prior to removal.

All items are being offered "AS IS" “WHERE IS” with all conditions and faults and without warranty of any kind. Bidders shall inspect the property prior to bidding, with no reliance whatsoever on any written or verbal description prepared by Seller or Auctioneer as to year, make, model, condition, or operating status of any item.

Title Fee: There is a $60.00 title fee on any vehicle that requires a title.

Concessions: Concessions will be available at this auction.
