Things to know for this auction:

 

Auction Site:  County Road 494 in Centre, AL. 

 

Directions to Auction Site: From Centre at the intersection of Hwy 9 and Hwy 68 Bypass (CVS Pharmacy), take Hwy 68 Bypass East 1 mile to County Road 22 (Alexis Road) and turn left, go 1.1 mile to County Road 69 (Pine Grove Baptist Church) and turn left, go 1 mile and turn left onto County Road 494. Auction signs are posted. 

 

Previews: Property 2 preview will be held on Sunday, October 4th from 1-3 P.M. or you may contact our office for a preview. All other properties can be previewed at any time. 

 

Registration: Registration begins 1 hour prior to auction start time. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.

 

Terms: There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent (10%) Buyer's Premium is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance due at closing. Closing will be held on or before November 10th, 2020. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.

Survey/Development Fees:

Property 1: We are selling from a preliminary sales plat on Property 1. A new survey will be performed. If the property sells in tracts there will be a survey fee of $500.00 per tract for each tract. An additional development fee of $750.00 will be assessed on tracts 4-15 for the proposed road. If the property sells as a whole there will be a $4,500.00 boundary survey fee. There will be no development fee charged if the property sells as a whole unless the purchaser desires the proposed road to be put in.
