Auction Site: On location at 1384 Websters Road, Wellington, AL
Directions to Auction Site: From Wellington at the intersection of US Hwy 431 and AL Hwy 204 take AL Hwy 204 East toward Jacksonville for 7/10 of a mile to Websters Road and turn right. Go approximately 1 mile to the property on the left.
Previews: Preview for the home and personal property will be held on Friday, November 5th from 9 A.M. until 3 P.M. You may contact our office for an earlier preview of the home.
Registration: You may register at the preview on Friday, November 5th or registration will begin 1 hour prior to auction start time on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.
Terms: There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The 10% Buyer's Premium is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance is due at closing. The closing will be held on or before December 6, 2021. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.
There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on all personal property that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. All applicable sale taxes will be charged unless the buyer has Tax Exempt status. All personal property items are to be PAID in FULL on the day of auction and prior to removal.

Title Fee: There is a $60.00 title fee on any vehicle that requires a title.
Special Note on Firearms: There is a registration fee for each firearm ($20.00 cash) ($25.00 credit/debit). The registration fee is paid directly to Jared's Tactical & Firearm prior to receiving the firearms. If a purchaser fails background check no refund will be given by Swafford Auction Group, LLC and Seller will retain the firearm.
