Directions to Auction Site: From Boaz, at the intersection of US Hwy 431 and AL Hwy 168 (McDonalds), take US Hwy 431 South towards Gadsden 0.82 mi to the property on the right. 

 

Preview: A preview will be held on Friday November 4th from 10 A.M. to 3 P.M. You may also contact our office to arrange a preview of the property.

 

Registration:  Registration begins 1 hour prior to auction start time. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.

 

Terms: The real estate and personal property are being offered subject to owner's confirmation. 

 

There is a 10 % Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price.

The 10 % Buyer's Premium is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance due at closing. Closing will be held on or before December 5, 2022. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.

 

There is a 10 % Buyer’s Premium on all personal property that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. All applicable sale taxes will be charged unless buyer has Tax Exempt status.

All personal property items are to be PAID in FULL on the day of auction and prior to removal.
