Preview:  You may contact our office to arrange personal preview of homes. A preview will be held on Friday, November 2nd from 10 A.M. until 3 P.M. to view the personal property and the homes.


Registration: Registration begins 1 hour prior to auction start time. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.

Terms of Auction:  There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The 10% Buyer's Premium is due on day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance due at closing.
