Directions to Auction Site: From Gaylesville at the intersection of AL Hwy 68 and AL Hwy 35, take AL Hwy 35 toward Fort Payne 4.7 miles to County Road 41 (Dollar General) and turn right, go 1.7 miles to property on right. Auction signs are posted.

Preview: The property may be previewed on Sunday, November 15th from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. You may also contact our office to arrange a preview.

Registration: Registration begins 1 hour prior to auction start time. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.

Terms:  The real estate is being sold subject to court confirmation.

 

There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent (10%) Buyer's Premium is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance due at closing. Closing will be within 30 days of court's confirmation of sale.

 

This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.

Possession: The current residents will have 30 days from closing to move from property if needed. 

 

Survey Fee: A new survey has been performed and a survey fee of $1,200 will be due and payable on the day of auction.
