The Dekalb County Drug Task Force has commissioned Swafford Auction Group, LLC to sell this seized property in Geraldine, Alabama. The property will sell ABSOLUTE to the highest bidder regardless of price.
The property has been vacant since 2017. It consists of a 1990 36' x 70' modular home (needs repairs) on a permanent foundation with bunker room, a large 40' x 46' shop with (2) 12' roll up doors, a 6' roll up door, and (4) entry/exit doors plus a bathroom and a 12' x 20' side room with loft.  A covered 32' x 38' carport connects to the shop and a covered walkway leads to the front porch of the modular home.

 pavilion with enclosed room, plus an older home and extra building are on this property.
The property consists of 21.4 +/- acres and will sell as one tract with all improvements.

Auction Site: On location at 1024 COUNTY ROAD 333, GERALDINE, AL 35974.

 

Directions to Auction Site: From the intersection of AL Hwy 75 and AL Hwy 227 in Geraldine, take AL Hwy 227 North 1.25 mi to County Road 329 and turn right, go 0.37 mi to County Road 333 and turn left, go 0.5 mi to the property on the right.

Registration: Registration will begin 1 hour prior to auction start time on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.

 

Terms: There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The 10% Buyer's Premium is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance is due at closing. The closing will be held on or before December 19, 2022. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.

 

Tax Map: We are selling from a tax map and recorded deed. No new survey has been performed.
