Directions to Auction Site: From Flat Rock at the intersection of AL Hwy 117 and AL Hwy 71, take AL Hwy 71 toward Rosalie for 5.75 miles to Jackson County Road 78, turn right on Jackson County Road 78 and go 2 miles to the auction site on left.
Preview: Preview will be on Friday, November 12th from 9 AM until 3 PM.
Registration: You may register at the preview on Friday, November 12th or registration will begin 1 hour prior to auction start time on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.
Terms: There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on all personal property that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. All applicable sale taxes will be charged unless buyer has Tax Exempt status. All personal property items are to be PAID in FULL on the day of auction and prior to removal.

Title Fee: There is a $60.00 title fee on any vehicle that requires a title.
