We are teaming with Vuckovich Equipment Repair and Sales to bring you this auction.
The auction will be held behind Evans Store located at 5680 Alabama Hwy NW Rome, Georgia.
We are accepting consignments of good quality farm equipment, construction equipment, tractors, trailers, vehicles, etc... Small items will be accepted, but NO yard sale type items will be accepted. We will have pieces from local farms, individuals, and businesses.

We will also be offering the majority of the inventory of
Evans Auto Parts at 12 Noon for one bid price.
This will be offered during our equipment auction directly behind Evan's Store. Inventory must be moved by Saturday, November 19th before 5 PM (ET). There is a possible lease option for the store area if the purchaser wants to keep the parts store running.

Item Availability: All posted items are scheduled to be at the auction. If you are coming for one item only, please contact us to ensure it has arrived.

Hours/Mileage: All posted hours and mileage are at the time of pictures. Hours and mileage may increase prior to the auction. Swafford Auction Group, LLC does not guarantee any hours or mileage.
Preview: Preview will be on Friday, November 10th from 9 AM until 4 PM.
​
Registration: You may register at the preview on Friday, November 10th or registration will begin 1 hour prior to auction start time on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.
​
Terms: There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on all items that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price.
There is a 13% Buyer’s Premium on all online bids that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. 13% is the total, not in addition to the 10%.
​
All applicable sale taxes will be charged unless buyer has Tax Exempt status. All personal property items are to be PAID in FULL on the day of auction and prior to removal.
​
All items are being offered "AS IS" without any warranties, guarantees, or promises. It is the bidder's responsibility to check out any item(s) prior to bidding.
​
Forms of Payment: Cash, Check, and Wire Transfer. All Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, & American Express) are accepted with a 3% fee for in person or online purchases.
Special Note on Firearms: There is a $20.00 registration fee for each firearm. The registration fee is paid directly to Rome Gun and Pawn prior to receiving the firearms. If a purchaser fails background check no refund will be given by Swafford Auction Group, LLC and Seller will retain the firearm. Firearms can be picked up on Monday, November 13th after 12 p.m. All firearms must be picked up at Rome Gun and Pawn located at 1200 Dean Ave SE, Rome, GA 30161 (706) 204-8237.
Title Fee: There is a $60.00 title fee on any vehicle that requires a title.

Concessions: Concessions will be available at this auction.
