Directions to Auction Site: From Centre at the intersection of Hwy 9 and Hwy 68 Bypass (CVS Pharmacy), take Hwy 68 Bypass West 1.5 miles to County Road 61 (Jack's Restaurant) and turn right, go 6/10 of a mile and County Road 61 turns left,  go 1 mile to County Road 26 intersection, go across intersection remaining on County Road 61 for 1/10 of a mile to County Road 514 and turn left. Property begins 2/10 of a mile on the left. Auction signs are posted.

 

From Leesburg at the intersection of US Hwy 411 and Hwy 68 Bypass (Red light), take US Hwy 411 toward Centre 1.8 miles to County Road 26 (Fairview Church) and turn left, go 1.5 miles to County Road 61 and turn left,  go 1/10 of a mile to County Road 514 and turn left. Property begins 2/10 of a mile on the left. Auction signs are posted.

Registration: Registration begins 1 hour prior to auction start time. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.

 

Terms:  There is a 5 % Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. A fifteen percent (15%) deposit is due on day of auction for the Real Estate. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance due at closing. Closing will be held on or before June 26th, 2018. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.

 

All property is being sold "AS IS" without any warranties, guarantees, or promises.
