Things to know for this auction:

Auction Site: On location at 5208 County Road 88 Pisgah, AL 35765. 

 

Directions: From Pisgah at the Town Hall take County Road 88 toward AL Hwy 71 for approximately 1 mile to the property on the right. Auction signs are posted.

Preview: The property may be previewed at any time. A representative will be on the property on Friday, May 6th from 9 AM until 3 PM for preview of the poultry equipment and property.

 

Registration: You may register at the preview on Friday, May 6th or registration will begin 1 hour prior to auction start time on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.

 

Terms:  There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent (10%) Buyer's Premium is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance is due at closing. The closing will be held on or before June 7, 2022. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.

There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on all personal property that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. All applicable sale taxes will be charged unless buyer has Tax Exempt status. All personal property items are to be PAID in FULL on the day of auction and prior to removal. 

The successful buyer(s) of any of the attached poultry equipment will have until June 7, 2022, to have all equipment completely removed.

All properties are being sold "AS IS" without any warranties, guarantees, or promises. 

 

Survey Fees: A new survey will be performed, and the survey fee will be $500 per tract due and payable on the day of auction.
