Directions to Auction Site: From Sparkman High School at the intersection of Jeff Road and Ford Chapel Road take Ford Chapel Road 1 mile to Yarbrough Road and turn left. Stay on Yarbrough Road for 0.6 miles and turn left following Yarbrough Road. Property is 1/10 of a mile on the left. Auction signs are posted.
Previews: Previews will be on Saturday, May 1st from 10 AM until 1 PM and Monday, May 10th from 5 PM until 7 PM for real estate and vehicles.
Registration: Registration will begin 1 hour prior to auction start time on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.
Terms: There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent (10%) Buyer's Premium is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance is due at closing. The closing will be held on or before June 15, 2021. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.
There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the vehicles that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. All applicable sale taxes will be charged unless the buyer has Tax Exempt status. All vehicles are to be PAID in FULL on the day of auction and prior to removal.
