Directions to Auction Site: From Fort Payne Exit 224 (49th Street) take 49th Street to Greenhill Blvd NW (Hwy 11) and turn right, go 8/10 of a mile and turn right on Big Wills Drive, go to Golf Road NW and turn left, stay on Golf Road NW for 1/2 mile and it will run into Little Ridge Road NW, go to Foot Hill Road NW and turn left, then to Hill Circle NW and turn left, at top of the hill turn right and property will be at end of the road on the right. Auction signs are posted.

Previews:  Preview will be held on Thursday, March 14th and Tuesday, March 19th from 4-6 PM and on Friday, March 22nd from 9 AM until 3 PM. 


Registration: You may register at the preview on March 22nd or registration begins 1 hour prior to auction start time. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.


Terms of Auction:  There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The 10% Buyer's Premium is due on day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance due at closing. Closing will be held on or before April 23, 2019. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.


There is a 10 % Buyer’s Premium on all personal property that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. All applicable sale taxes will be charged unless buyer has Tax Exempt status.


All personal property items are to be PAID in FULL on the day of auction and prior to removal.

There is a $60 title fee on all vehicles sold to the public for the title work performed for the purchaser.
