Auction Site: On location at 90 County Road 249, Leesburg, AL 35983.

 

Directions: From Leesburg at the intersection of US Hwy 411 and AL Hwy 68 (Red light) take US Hwy 411 South toward Gadsden for 3.6 miles to the property on the right. Auction signs are posted.

​

Preview: To schedule a preview of the home please contact our office. The personal property may be previewed on Friday, March 17th from 9 AM until 3 PM.

 

Registration: You may register at the preview on Friday, March 17th or registration will begin 1 hour prior to auction start time on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.

 

Terms:  There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent (10%) Buyer's Premium is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance is due at closing. The closing will be held on or before April 18, 2023. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.

There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on all personal property that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. All applicable sale taxes will be charged unless buyer has Tax Exempt status. All personal property items are to be PAID in FULL on the day of auction and prior to removal.
