     Pursuant to a court order in the Circuit Court of Cherokee County, AL Case CV-2017-9000098.00 we will offer at public auction the real estate of the Bobbie Jean Ashley Estate. The real estate consists of a 5 bedroom, 2 bath home with kitchen, dining room, and living room on 2.5 +/- acres located at 202 Day Street in Centre, AL.

The home has central heat and air, vinyl siding, metal roof, attached carport, concrete drive, and rear fenced yard. The property also has an additional metal carport, pole shed, older home, and several outbuildings on it. 

After the real estate and separate from the court order we have been commissioned to sell at ABSOLUTE auction many small engine machines such as riding lawn mowers, push lawn mowers, weed trimmers, go-karts, tillers, pressure washers, chain saws, ATVs, and much more .

Directions to Auction Site: From Centre at the intersection of AL Hwy 9 and Hwy 411 (Waffle King), take Main Street West toward Downtown Centre less than a tenth of a mile to Day Street and turn left. Property is 1/10 of a mile on the right. Auction signs are posted.

Preview:  Personal property may be previewed on Friday, June 8th from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Call our office to arrange preview of home.
 
Registration: You may register on Friday, June 8th at the preview or registration begins 1 hour prior to auction start time. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.
 
Terms:  The real estate will be sold subject to the court's confirmation and approval.

 

The personal property is being sold "ABSOLUTE" to the highest bidder.
 
There is a 10 % Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent (10%) Buyer's Premium is due on day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance due at closing. Closing will be held within 20 days of court's confirmation and approval. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.
 
There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on all personal property that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. All personal property items are to be PAID in FULL on day of auction and prior to removal.
 
All property is being sold "AS IS" without any warranties, guarantees, or promises.
 
All applicable sales tax will be charged unless buyer has Tax Exempt status.
   
Survey Fee: No survey work has been performed on the property. We are offering the real estate from a tax map only. 
 
Forms of Payment: Cash, personal checks, and all major credit/debit cards accepted. A 13% Buyer’s Premium will be charged on all credit/debit card transactions.
 
Concessions: Concessions will be available.
