Registration: Registration begins 1 hour prior to auction start time. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.
Terms: The real estate and personal property items are being sold subject to owner's confirmation.
There is a 10 % Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent (10%) Buyer's Premium is due on day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance due at closing. Closing will be held on or before July 30, 2018. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.
There is a 10 % Buyer’s Premium on all personal property that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. All property is being sold "AS IS" without any warranties, guarantees, or promises. All applicable sale taxes will be charged unless buyer has Tax Exempt status. All personal property items are to be PAID in FULL on day of auction prior to removal.
Owner Financing: Owner financing is available with 20% down (due at closing within 30 days) the remaining balance will be financed at a rate of 7.25 % for 15 years with a 5 year balloon payment.
