Auction Site: On location at 3867 County Road 369 Pisgah, AL 35765.
Directions: From Pisgah at the Dollar General take County Road 58 3/10 of a mile to County Road 57 and turn left. Follow County Road 57 for 1.8 miles to County Road 369. Properties 1 and 2 are on the corner of County Roads 57 and 369. Turn left on County Road 369 and Property 3 begins 1/2 mile on right.
Previews: Tuesday, May 18th from 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday, May 27th from 5 to 7 p.m., and Friday, June 4th from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. You may also contact our office for preview of home.
Registration: You may register at the preview on Friday, June 4th or registration will begin 1 hour prior to auction start time on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.
Terms: There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent (10%) Buyer's Premium is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance is due at closing. The closing will be held on or before July 5, 2021. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.
