Directions to Auction Site: From Centre at the intersection of Hwy 9 and Hwy 68 Bypass (CVS Pharmacy), take Hwy 68 Bypass West 1.5 miles to County Road 61 (Jack's Restaurant) and turn right, go 6/10 of a mile to County Road 116 and stay straight, go 1/2 mile and turn right onto Magnolia Trail. Auction signs are posted. 

 

Preview: Property can be previewed at any time. 

 

Registration: Registration begins 1 hour prior to auction start time. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.
