Auction Site: On location at Coosa Corner located at 5770 Weiss Lake Blvd, Leesburg, Alabama.

Item Availability: All posted items are scheduled to be at the auction. If you are coming for one item only, please contact us to ensure it has arrived. ​

 

Preview: Preview will be Monday - Friday, April 21st - 26th from 9 AM until 4 PM.

Registration: You may register at the preview on Friday, April 26th or registration will begin 1 hour prior to auction start time on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.

​

Terms:  There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on all items that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price.

​

All applicable sale taxes will be charged unless buyer has Tax Exempt status. All personal property items are to be PAID in FULL on the day of auction and prior to removal. 

​

All items are being offered "AS IS" without any warranties, guarantees, or promises. It is the bidder's responsibility to check out any item(s) prior to bidding.

Title Fee: There is a $60.00 title fee on any vehicle that requires a title.

​

Forms of Payment: Cash, Check, and Wire Transfer ($15 fee for wire transfer). All Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, & American Express) are accepted with a 4% fee.

Concessions: Concessions will be available at this auction.
