Things to know for this auction:

Auction Site: On location at 1500 County Road 174 Flat Rock, AL 35966. 

 

Directions: From Flat Rock at the intersection of AL Hwy 71 and AL Hwy 117 take AL Hwy 117 toward Stevenson for 4.5 miles to County Road 174 and turn left. Go 1.3 miles to beginning of property.  Auction signs are posted.

Preview: The property may be previewed at any time. 

 

Registration: Registration will begin 1 hour prior to auction start time on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.

 

Terms:  There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent 10% Buyer's Premium is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance is due at closing. The closing will be held on or before August 9, 2022. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.

 

Survey Fees: A new survey will be performed, and the survey fees are $500 per tract if sold individually or $2,500 if sold as a whole. All survey fees are due and payable on the day of auction by the purchaser(s).
