Auction Site for Auction One: On location at 8500 US HWY 411 North Centre, AL 35960. 

Auction Site for Auction Two: On location at Lot 24B Hidden Point Subdivision on Oak Drive in Cedar Bluff, AL 35959.

 

Directions to Auction One Site: From Centre at the intersection of US Hwy 411 and AL Hwy 9 (Waffle King), take US Hwy 411 North toward Cave Spring 7.6 miles to property on the right just before the Dollar General.

 

Directions to Auction Two Site: From Cedar Bluff at the Dollar General take AL Hwy 9 North for 4/10 of a mile to Hidden Point Drive and turn right, go to the first road on the right which is Oak Drive and turn right. Property is at the end of Oak Drive.

Registration: Registration will begin 1 hour prior to auction start time on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.

 

Terms:  There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The 10% Buyer's Premium is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance is due at closing. The closing will be held on or before August 31, 2021. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.

Survey Fees: Auction One has a survey fee of $950.00 due and payable on day of auction.

Auction Two has $500.00 per tract survey fee due and payable on day of auction.
