Things to know for this auction:
Auction Site: On location at County Road 364 Pisgah, AL 35765.
Directions: From Pisgah at the Dollar General take County Road 58 toward Rosalie for 2.75 miles to County Road 364. Property begins at the corner of County Roads 58 and 364.
Preview: The property may be previewed at any time. The farm equipment may be previewed on Friday, July 23rd from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
Registration: You may register at the preview on Friday, July 23rd or registration will begin 1 hour prior to auction start time on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.
Terms: There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent (10%) Buyer's Premium is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance is due at closing. The closing will be held on or before August 24, 2021. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.
There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on all personal property that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. All applicable sale taxes will be charged unless buyer has Tax Exempt status. All personal property items are to be PAID in FULL on the day of auction and prior to removal.

Survey Fees: A new survey will be performed and the survey fee will be $500 per tract due and payable on the day of auction.
