Auction Site: On location at 70 County Road 1488 Cullman, Alabama

Directions to Auction Site: From the intersection of AL HWY 157 and AL HWY 69 take AL HWY 69 South 1/2 of a mile to County Road 1545 and turn left. Go 4.5 miles to County Road 1488 and turn left. Auction Site will be 1/10 of a mile on the right.

Preview: Preview will be on Friday, July 21st from 9 AM until 4 PM.

​

Registration: You may register at the preview on Friday, July 21st or registration will begin 1 hour prior to auction start time on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.

​

Terms: There is a 10 % Buyer’s Premium on all items that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. All applicable sale taxes will be charged unless buyer has tax exempt status. All items are to be PAID in FULL on the day of auction and prior to removal.

All property is being offered "AS IS" without any warranties, guarantees, or promises.

 

Title Fee: There is a $60.00 title fee on any vehicle that requires a title.
