Auction Site: At the new Centre Community Center located at 635 Armory Road in Centre, AL
Directions to Home: From Centre at the intersection of Chesnut Bypass and Cedar Bluff Road (CVS Pharmacy) take Cedar Bluff Road toward Downtown Centre 4/10 of a mile to Iris Drive and turn left. Property begins on the corner on the right.
Directions to Auction Site: From Centre at the intersection of Chesnut Bypass and Cedar Bluff Road (CVS Pharmacy) take Chesnut Bypass East to the next red light (Shell Mart at Hwy 9) and turn right. Community Center is located on the corner of Armory Road and AL Hwy 9 on the right.
Previews: Previews will be on Tuesday, June 29th from 5 to 7 P.M., Tuesday, July 6th from 5 to 7 P.M., and Friday, July 9th from 9 A.M. until 3 P.M. (Most of the personal property will be at the Community Center on the Friday, July 9th preview). You may also contact our office for a preview of the home.
Registration: You may register at the preview on Friday, July 9th at the Community Center or registration will begin 1 hour prior to auction start time on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.
Terms: There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The 10% Buyer's Premium is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance is due at closing. The closing will be held on or before August 10, 2021. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.
There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on all personal property that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. All applicable sale taxes will be charged unless the buyer has Tax Exempt status. All personal property items are to be PAID in FULL on the day of auction and prior to removal.

Survey Fee: There will be a new survey performed and a survey fee will be due and payable on auction day. Survey fee will be posted when complete.
