Directions to Auction Site: From Hokes Bluff at the intersection of US Hwy 278 and Alford Bend Road (SAMCO, formerly Godfrey Grocery), take US Hwy 278 East toward Piedmont for 6.8 miles to Ford's Valley Road and turn right. Go 1.5 miles to property on the left. Auction signs are posted. 


Previews: A preview for both the home and the mobile home will be held on Saturday, December 12th from 2-4 P.M. or you may contact our office for a preview. 


Registration: Registration begins 1 hour prior to auction start time. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.


Terms: There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the Real Estate that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent (10%) Buyer's Premium is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance is due at closing. Closing will be held on or before January 19, 2021. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.

There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the Mobile Home that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The Mobile Home must be paid for in full on day of auction.
